Our approach is friendly and personable as we believe successful projects require good communication and earned trust between clients, architects, consultants and builders. We strive to make the entire journey of designing and building your home as exciting and rewarding for you as it is for us.
As a first step we get to know you, you get to know us. We learn your needs, wants, lifestyle and the lie of the land. We ensure we gain a complete understanding to test your brief and explore all options. Then, we follow this level of diligence right through to the end, placing great importance on producing the highest quality of documentation to assist building contractors to execute a beautiful and enduring building.
Mitchell Coll
Since forming the practice in 2009, Mitchell’s approach to client relationships, industry involvement, business and life has focussed on approachability and enjoying the journey.
He has led clients, contractors and our team through over 1,700 successful projects including everything from tiny residential homes to multi-unit developments, earthquake rebuilds to high end homes, humble baches to not so humble ones... and even a church.
His continuing involvement as an industry advisor and lecturer for numerous educational and community groups, registration as an architect, past role on the national board for Architectural Designers New Zealand (ADNZ) and current board role for Te Pūtahi Centre for Architecture and City Making are evidence of his high level of knowledge and leadership within the architectural and construction industry.
Mitchell is a proud member of both Architectural Designers New Zealand (ADNZ) and Te Kāhui Whaihanga (NZIA).
